Are bliss balls the most easy, practical, beneficial, quick, nutritious snack ever? Yes, babe, they are. These energetic raw bites are the perfect choice when you are craving something sweet but they will not only be satisfying your sweet tooth but they’ll be nourishing your body so we will always be thankful for that. Both kids and adults love you alike! 

 Let me add that these 3 recipes are dairy, flour and refined sugar free. 

 You can store bliss balls in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze them for 3 months.

 So, with nothing else to say, let’s get into these 15 minute incredibly easy recipes! 

 

Cranberry Bliss Balls

 

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 12 bliss balls

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup grounded sunflower seeds
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup walnuts to coat.  

Instructions:

 

  1. Place a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add all the ingredients, except  for the walnuts, to a food processor and process until combined.
  3. Then, use your hands to roll the mixture into 12 tablespoons sized balls.
  4. Finely chop the walnuts and place them onto a plate, roll the balls in the nuts to coat.
  5. Place them on the tray and refrigerate until serving.

 

TIP: If the mixture feels very dry, add some fresh water.

 

Havanna Bliss Balls

 

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 12 bliss balls

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 8 medjool date
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • Zest 1 orange 
  • A splash of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder to coat

Instructions:

 

    1. Place a tray with parchment paper.

    2. Add all the ingredients, except for the cocoa powder, to a food processor & process until combined.

    3. Then, use your hands to roll the mixture into 12 tablespoons sized balls.

    4. Place the cocoa powder onto a plate and roll the balls in the powder to coat.

    5. Place them on the tray and refrigerate until serving.

Carrot Bliss Balls

Prep time: 15 minutes

Servings: 12 bliss balls

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 3/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut to coat

 

Instructions:

  1. Place a tray with parchment paper.

     2.  Add all the ingredients, except for the 1/4 cup grated coconut and the rolled oats, to   a food processor and process until combined.

     3. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the roll oats. Mix until well combined.

    4. Use your hands to roll the mixture into 12 tablespoons sized balls.

    5. Place the left grated coconut onto a plate and roll the balls to coat.

    6. Place them on the tray and refrigerate until serving.
